Our resident Fantail will follow you around in the garden, grabbing any tasty treats you may disturb. It makes a friendly ‘cheet cheet’ sound and has been very clever in adapting to urban development. A very sweet native bird with the colour of cinnamon. Endemic to Aotearoa and rendered onto long-lasting linen that gets lovelier with use.

100% Linen. We love linen; it gets more lovely with use.

Care instruction:
For best results wash before using. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hot iron.

About the Ngā manu – Birds of Aotearoa collection
Ali Davies and artist (and friend) Moira Sun collaborated on a series of birds endemic to New Zealand and iconic landscapes from photos of Ali’s during her travels. These have been created especially for Ali’s linen collection. Ali loves Moira’s delicate sensibility that tells a story as well as capturing a moment in time.
