The Benriner mandoline comes with three removable blades, each designed for different slicing needs.

How to Use:
Blade Assembly: Insert the selected blade into the mandoline and secure it with a screw.

Please note:
Always use a finger guard for your protection. Secure the vegetable to the underside of the finger guard, apply slight pressure and slice with even back-and-forth strokes.
