Change of Mind Return
We understand that sometimes people change their mind. If you change your mind on an item purchased from us within 15 days of the purchase date, you may return the item to us for a refund. Goods must be returned in original condition with all the packaging. You are required to also print out an invoice of your order and enclose it with the items being returned. There is a link to print your order invoice in the view order page after you logged into your account. You will also get a copy of order invoice in the email when your order has been completed.
We will NOT accept Change of Mind returns if it has been more 15 days since the date of purchase, if the order invoice is not enclosed or if the item is not in its original condition and packaging.
Once we have received and approved your returned items, we will refund the amount that you have paid for the items. Unfortunately we will NOT cover the shipping fees that you paid while placing the order and the cost of shipping for returning the items to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully choose and pack each item before sending it to you. However if you do receive an item which is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. You are required to email us a photo or video of the item as proof and explain to us exactly why you think the item is faulty or damaged. You are also required to print out an invoice of your order and enclose it with the items being returned. There is a link to print your order invoice in the view order page after you logged into your account. You will also get a copy of order invoice in the email when your order has been completed.
Once we approved to give you refund or replacement, we will send you a pre-paid courier bag for you to send the item back to us. Alternatively we will ask you can to send the item to us and give us a receipt of your shipping cost and we will cover it for refund. If the returned item was the only item in your order, we will also refund any shipping fees you have paid while placing the order. However, if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning, the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
Please note: items are NOT eligible for refund following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to:
- Fair wear-and-tear
- Misuse or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
- Use of the item in an abnormal way
- Failure to take reasonable care of the item
- Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number, reason for return and explain any problem you meet with proof.
- We will check things in our end and get back to you within 3 working days
- Upon we reach an agreement in the email, you send the item back to us
- When we receive your item returned, we will email you to let you know our findings and decisions we have made
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will transfer the money to your account within 3 working days. Or we will send a replacement item to your address within 1 to 4 working days.
