We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept two other popular payment options around the world which are Paypal and Alipay. All products on Urban Stock are priced and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Credit Cards

In order to pay directly with your credit card, on checkout page choose “Credit Card (Stripe)” as payment method. Simply enter your credit card details and place your order. You will be redirected to an order success page and an order confirmation email will be sent to you. An alternative way to pay with your credit card is via Paypal which will be explained next.

Paypal

You can pay with Paypal balance if you have any or use Paypal as a secure payment gateway to pay by credit card. On checkout page, choose Paypal as your payment method. When placing order, you will be redirected to a Paypal payment page. Log in if you have an account with Paypal. Otherwise click on the Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card button in the bottom in order to pay with your credit card. When your payment has been processed, you will be redirected back to Urban Stock website and be presented with an order success page. You should soon receive an order confirmation email from Urban Stock. Paypal may also send you an email notifying you that you have just paid on Urban Stock with Paypal.

Alipay

For Chinese customers, we offer convenient Alipay payment. On checkout page, please choose Alipay 支付宝 as your payment method. When placing order, you will be redirected to Alipay payment page where you can either log into your Alipay account to make payment or simply scan the QR code with Alipay mobile app so that you can pay on your phone. If payment is successful, you will soon get an order confirmation email from Urban Stock.

Data Security

Keep your payment data secure is paramount to us. Urban Stock does not store any of your credit card information in our database but use industry leading payment platform providers to process payments on our behalf. For example, when you choose to pay directly by credit card, your credit card data is essentially sent to Stripe for processing.

All web pages including the checkout page on Urban Stock website are under https protocol which means that data transfer are encrypted and protected with a SSL certificate. You should see a green padlock sign in your browser’s address bar whenever you visit our website.
